Our studio
We create intuitive, seasonal work for weddings on Salt Spring, Vancouver Island, and throughout the Gulf Islands.
We find material and inspiration in the wild edges of our gardens, our flower beds, and the fields and forests surrounding the farm. We work mostly with what we grow, bringing in unique materials from afar when they add meaningfully to designs.
All our flowers are grown organically and designed naturally, without the use of floral foam or additives.

A signed agreement and retainer book your date. Then we start designing together: palette, moodboard and a full floral plan.

Most of what we design with comes from our fields on Salt Spring Island. When a design calls for something we don’t grow, we bring it in from growers we trust.

Yes. We plan our fields around your palette months in advance, so the earlier we know, the more of it we can grow for you.

After you’ve booked. We meet to talk through your day, then build a palette, moodboard and detailed floral plan with you.

Yes. We design for weddings on our farm and at venues across Salt Spring, the Gulf Islands and Vancouver Island.

We do. Delivery, setup and takedown are included in our estimates. For weddings beyond Salt Spring, ferry and travel costs are added to your proposal.

Molly leads design, from the first consultation to the pieces and installations on the day. Zack grows our fields and builds the structures behind our largest pieces.
THE FLOWERS

Most couples book a year or more ahead, especially for summer Saturdays. We take on a limited number of weddings each season, so it’s worth reaching out early.

Smaller orders start at $500, and full-service wedding florals start at $6,000. Most full weddings we do land between $7,000 and $9,000. Use the estimate tool above to see a working range for your day.

Once we’ve confirmed your date, we send a proposal with your collection and pricing. A signed agreement and a 30% retainer hold your date. A second payment of 40% is due 90 days before your wedding, and the balance 30 days before.

Yes. Your plan stays flexible until 30 days before your wedding. You can adjust quantities, swap pieces or add new ones, as long as we can still grow or source what’s needed.

It happens. You can scale your florals down until 30 days before the wedding. Full wedding florals can be reduced down to our $6,000 minimum. After that point, your order is set, because we’ve grown, ordered and planned for it.

If you need to postpone, we’ll move your payments to a new date once, within 12 months, if we’re available. Payments are non-refundable, and cancellations within 30 days of the wedding are charged in full.
