One team, start to finish

We're a venue, working farm, and floral studio—a creative team that's hosted weddings here for over a decade. We grow the flowers on site. We plan the day, style it, and staff it ourselves.

Most couples spend months coordinating details we've already worked out. We know what makes a great wedding and how to get there. From first phone call to wedding day, we’re the same team—collaborative, cohesive, and focused on making your day what you dreamed of.

We host five weddings a year on our 24-acre farm on Salt Spring Island.

OUR SIGNATURE OFFERING

Wedding Package

  • The package includes access to the venue, canvas stretch tent and property, plus staffing, coordination, and ceremony, dinner and cocktail hour furniture. The venue can accommodate 150 people.

  • Partial planning, design support, timeline creation, day-of coordination, rehearsal and ceremony coordination, vendor recommendations.

  • Florals grown and designed onsite through our studio. Minimum spend for florals is $7,000; most couples end up in the $10-15,000 range.

  • Set-up, breakdown, and a full service team on the day, including coordinators, waitstaff, bartenders, and design team.

  • Our curated collection of dinnerware, glassware, beautiful linens, and vases. Outdoor, portable AV system with microphone.

  • This includes ceremony benches, ceremony signing table, arbour, bar, lounge sofas and chairs, coffee table, welcome table, string lights, farm-crafted harvest tables, metal chairs with sheepskins and speaker podium.

Fully hosted elopement • up to 8 guests

A simple, fully hosted way to get married on the farm, with space for up to 8 guests. Your day unfolds over a few relaxed hours, with a ceremony in one of our outdoor locations, personal flowers, an officiant, a photography session, and picnic to follow —everything in place so you can arrive, settle in, and enjoy the moment. Available Sunday through Thursday and select weekends.

Floral design, part of every celebration

Florals for all wedding weekends are created by our farm-based floral practice, Lost Field Studio. Working closely with each couple, we design naturalistic florals that feel cohesive, intentional, and deeply connected to the landscape.

The scale of floral design flexes with the level of support couples choose — from thoughtful ceremony and reception florals to expanded installations and elevated styling — always inspired by what we cultivate and forage from the farm’s gardens, fields, and forests.
